Oh right, well it roughly worked it out the same. I guess if it does that, I can use the fitbit if its not too much different...I like using the fitbit cuz it ups my steps etc lol

Will try that thanks. Is it pretty easy to use otherwise? If your calories go up during the day, is it hard to make allowances for how many calories you may have by dinner time? (if that makes sense) I may sound thick but from what I can see, you dont know how many cals you are allowed until you start moving throughout the…

I have put in a manual goal now. I changed my daily cal allowance to 1500. I hope this is ok :/ [/quote] Im 202lbs and ive upped mine from 1250 to 1785 I have lost the last 3 weeks of doing this,gradually increase the extra calories so you dont gain say by 100 a day for a week then again next week say 1400 this week a day…

Thanks, I lost most of that with Slimming World though lol. The last stone was cal counting but it took FOREVER!!!
