I close my door and do a ten minute video on youtube for some cardio exercises. Or I play some music and just do a workout of my own, marching in place, leg lifts, squats. Now that it is getting warmer out, I have been taking a walk on my lunch break and then eating my lunch while I work.

I have a cheat day on Sundays. Its the only way that I don't cheat during the week is if I know I will have Sunday to eat whatever I want. I have been loosing every week, even if it has been .5lbs or 3lbs, but I weighed myself today and I gained TWO POUNDS!! Im struggling a little with this too and I am starting week two. Eating a couple boiled eggs in the morning along with my cup of coffee really helped me stay full and eggs are about 70 calories each. First week was a struggle for me but I managed to do pretty well.
