Definitely water, water, water. Also, try tea. For foods, look for things that are high in fiber/protein; they tend to keep you full for longer!

Hey there, You need to eat all of the calories recommended, even the 'extra' ones burned by exercise. It is your net calories that is important to follow, so eat what it says. Often when you don't eat enough you will gain wait. Sounds a little backwards, but its the truth! Good luck to you, and don't let one pound…

I go through this all the time...sometimes months go by where I never take a day off! But it is super important to take ATLEAST one day off a week. You build muscle at rest! Just remember, taking a day off will make your next workout that much better! Never feel guilty to take rest, we all need it.

Thank you so much! You will get there, keep up the good work

Hi there. I see that you joined recently, so I would assume the large loss is due to water weight. In a few weeks your losses will start to slow down. Since you do have a lot to lose I wouldn't worry too much about the rate! Good luck to you, and keep on keepin' on!

Amazingly enough, sometimes eating more food aids in a loss! Good luck, and get all of those cals in!
