Bacon wrapped dates. There are tons of recipes online, just google! Not sure if your friend is trying to lose weight or not, but they are rather high calorie and sugar. Good luck!

I work a similar shift and have the same problem! I'm interested in hearing what others have to say.

Favorite: tie between apple pie and strawberry cheesecake! But I also love the chocolate ones...hmm Least favorite: peanut butter

I'm sure you know, but DD has some healthy options that I love! I get their caramel latte lite and sausage and egg white flatbread. The latte is like 120 calories and the flatbread is just under 300. Don't deny yourself, it will backfire! Just choose healthier options. If you really want to indulge, give yourself one day…

My husband just bought Alarm (from GNC) and he says it works better than Jack3d!

Non fat greek yogurt, protein powder, cottage cheese, almonds, protein bars like zone or kashi go lean. Try those!

I wear whatever is most comfortable, and it usually depends on the activity. I wear different bottoms for running, lifting, cycling etc... However, no matter what I wear/ how I look I always seem to get attention, and that doesn't stop me from working hard!

Granola. Not all, but most brands tend to be high in calories and sugar! If you do eat it, make sure you watch the serving size, as it's usually a lot less than you'd think. Good luck!

I know my husband thinks its sexy when I eat. It's a total turn-off to most guys if girls are constantly worried about dieting, and order a salad at dinner even if they want steak!

Hi all! I am 22 and my husband is 23. We got married in April 2011 and enjoy staying home on weekends instead of partying like most of our friends! I am so glad there are other people out there like us :)
-
You look so good. You should be very proud. Keep up the good work!
-
How about just a nice long power walk? It's pretty low intensity and you will burn some cals! I do it on off days/rest days.

Way to go! Keep up the good work. Semper Fi ;)

I most definitely will! I am a proud Marine wife. Semper Fi All!

It really depends on what your goals are. Do you want to lose fat? Cardio first. Do you want to gain muscle? Strength first. Whatever you want to get the most out of during your workout, do first.

Based on your height, I would say around 130. But it's really not about a number. If you get too hung up on that, focus on how you feel in clothes and how you look in the mirror and whenever you feel comfortable that is your goal weight.

No regular soda or fast food!

Amazing results! You look absolutely stunning ;-) And I love the costume; you totally rock it girl!
-
I feel what your saying. It's pretty much up to you, wherever you are comfortable. Also, everyone carries their weight differently, even at the same height. I am 5'6 and current 136 and want to get to at least 130.
-
I totally do this!
-
Sounds like a great plan! You go girl :)

I absolutely LOVE zone bars. My favorite is fudge graham. They are 210 calories ;-)

emmydoodles: I use BSN brand Lean Dessert Vanilla. It is amazing!

Vans brand lite whole grain waffles! I eat mine with sugar free syrup and strawberry jam or fresh fruit!
-
Love 'em!

I feel you on this one! I would say to try and get in a workout before the day begins and then have a good breakfast. Also chug the water all day....good luck!

How about soup? Some brands have lower sodium and are organic like Amy's!
