Goal Weight??

Hello friends!
So my original goal weight is set at 125lbs. I am 5'4" and currently 131 pounds, only 6 pounds from my goal. But I feel like I look like I am 10 or 15 pounds away from my goal. Am I being blinded and not realizing how thin I actually look...or is 120 a better goal weight for a 5'4" medium framed person? Or maybe at 125 I can start toning?
I am content...but I would love to feel thin. Right now I just feel..okay I guess.
Advice? Any one else in this situation? I haven't weighed this much since I was like 14 so I am just not used to this body type.

I feel what your saying. It's pretty much up to you, wherever you are comfortable. Also, everyone carries their weight differently, even at the same height. I am 5'6 and current 136 and want to get to at least 130.0

I'm in a similar situation. I'm 5'4" and currently 133 lbs. 130 was my goal but now that I'm getting close, I wonder if I should go lower.0

I feel the EXACT same way. I'm 5'4, 136. And I thought that 130 would be a reasonable goal. But I don't think 6lbs is gonna cut it! I feel like I need to lose about 15 more!0

Have you had your body fat tested? That is a good way to figure out you goal weight.
I posted this earlier today, and this assumes that our maintain ALL muscle as you lose weight (which hardly happens):
Goal weight = (Current weight - current weight * current body fat percentage) / (1 - goal body fat percentage)0 -
I haven't seen any photos of you so I don't know if this would be the case or not, but perhaps you would feel better if you did some toning? Sometimes it's not the weight, but the muscle tone. I've just been looking at some people's before/after photos when they've done the 30-day shred or something similar and even though they may have only lost 2 or 3 pounds, they look amazing because they've changed the shape of their body.0
