I buy a big bag of almonds from COSTCO and toast them to keep on hand for snacks. I'll eat 14 toasted almonds (85 cal, and healthy fat), sometimes with a banana. MMMMMMM!

I would suggest getting your share of fat...but make sure it's mostly good fats (almonds, olive oil, avocados, ground flax seeds etc) and not bad fats (butter, high-fat cheese, etc).
