its not weird, i may do that too, i also do the push up things where you lean on a stool and let your body go down and then pudh your self back up. What are they called? you can do step ups too if you have a stool or chair.

Morning... insanity is awesome, extreme and hard at first but if you love a challenge its awesome.. There are a few others doing the insanity work outs now, if you add me as a friend we can all do it together some what and encourage each other to keep pushing it. Its not the best, but, try eating lean protiens w vegetables.. Not alot of carbs. Are you eating anything before you go work out? My trainer said its best to work out at night cuz we can burn off all that we ate through out the day, but we gotta work out when we can right so...Welcome to the journey...

My trainer said protien, lean protien chicken breast, egg whites, or get you a protien drink that has casien in it and it breaks down through out the night to help you stop hunger..
