PhD Nutrition stuff is amazing! I use the Pharma Whey and Diet Whey in chocolate mint or vanilla. They are amazing! Like drinking a milkshake whether you use water or milk. Plus, with the vanilla you can add fruit to it to make a smoothie!

Just finished Day 1, Week 1 of the Prep Schedule and it was brilliant! Quite hard to start with, but I got the hang of it. Really really looking forward to tomorrow :)

Thought I would update you all. I have been doing this plan for two weeks now, and have lost a total of 6 lb and 6 inches! So so pleased with how it is all going!

This program has really really impressed me. The scales and tape measure are finally moving again! In only two weeks I have lost 6 lb and 6 inches. I am so so pleased with my progress and will definitely carry on with this plan. For anyone interested, my current BMR is 1624 and I very rarely net under that.

Thanks all! There are some great ideas here :) Unfortunately I tried 40/40/20 before and just found that I could not eat enough protein as I don't like nuts, seeds, beans or cheese!

Great idea! I have just changed my goals to maintain. It probably just is a mental thing. And I think I'm really inconsistent and get really disheartened when I see the red colour when going over my calories. Hopefully this well help!

Try and make your portion for the evening meal smaller as you generally need less energy in the evening. That way you have more calories to use in the day. I always have a mid afternoon snack....veg sticks with salsa, yoghurt, 'healthy' crisps, fruit. Anything vaguely healthy goes!

You can get thin Cadbury's dairy milk bars that are only 110 calories. I just let myself have chocolate whenever I want it. No point in making myself miserable!
