@TeaBea That's helpful  Yes my problem is often not being able to stop after I've started. It seems to be easier for me to keep my distance completely.
-
@kommodevaran Well, the book seems to suggest that you would get better results if you remove those things too. However, I'm not so convinced. I don't understand how having some greek yoghurt or brown rice would make any difference? Thoughts appreciated!

You need to connect them from inside the Misfit app, not from MyFitnessPal. I hope that helps! I synced mine that way, and it works fine

I also have about 50 pounds to lose :) Feel free to add me, and we can work together!
-
Still no reply from Fitbit :( Hoping they'll get back to me soon!

I know! I really cannot imagine being without it! No I don't really get it wet... it's probably just from extensive use and from taking it in and out of it's clip a lot!

Took two days off as I managed to injure my shoulder, but it's feeling much better today so getting back into the program tonight with Day 5!!
-
Enjoyed day two yesterday but some of those moves were really hard. My definitely feeling it in my bum and sides today! Off to do day three now!
-
That plank this morning was tough! Looking forward to the abs videos later tonight though :)
-
I've just finished the first video and it was rest but quite difficult! The first move was the hardest I think, or doing the circles with your leg. Looking forward to tomorrow :)
-
Good idea! I will have to do that before I start tonight. Might get my husband to take some before pictures too!

It's a blog all about Pilates that you can find here - http://www.blogilates.com/ Cassey (who runs it) makes loads of pilates workout videos and then has a calendar every month to work out with. She also has a beginner's calendar that we're going to try. You should join us!!

I'm starting this today too! Excited about it, but nervous too! How did you find the first video? I'm doing it tonight.

I've been suffering with this too! I also only noticed over the Christmas period. It seems to happen when I eat porridge or weetabix. Ive swtiched to Corn Flakes and it has made the world of difference, although I have no idea why!
-
I'm not sure how people manage to do it every day! My muscles ache so after the workout!!
-
I'd like to try this!
-
I've been thinking about doing this but am so nervous about it! I've tried the shred before and only got about 5 days in. More determined to stick with it this time so I'm in :)

I am really considering starting to get up and work out before work in the morning! I've recently started going to work earlier, so currently I get up at 6:30am and leave for work at 7am, but am thinking about getting up at 6am and going for a run. I've fallen out of the habit of exercising at all as I now start work…

I used to get up early and exercise in the morning, but now I start work earlier and get up at 6.15 as it is! Haven't been exercising for a while, but going to start again tonight I think when I get home from work. Never exercised in the evening before so it'll be a new experience for me!!

I really struggle with this issue too. I spend all day at my desk at work, and often don't have much to do, so I eat! I find the best way to combat it at the moment is to work in little steps. I set certain times in the afternoon and only eat a certain thing at that time. Planning ahead means I have to stick to eat. I…

Thanks everyone! You've been so helpful!

L1D1 done yesterday! Woop! Paying for it today though :(
-
Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I'm thinking that doing it first thing in the morning is the best idea, so I think I'll try that!

I get the train for two hours each way. I could do part of it on a bike, but I live in a small flat with no bike sheds so no where to put the bike. I also don't fancy battling the roads of London on a bike. I think I'd get killed haha. There are no decent gyms near work unfortunately :( I'm gutted!
-
I could not agree with you more! I live in London, and can put up with every minute of disruption for the honour of holding such an old and prestigious event. I cannot wait for tonight! I have Pimms at the ready ;)
-
Thanks everyone :) Think I might look into getting a cheap popcorn air pop machine!

Oooo a fellow British girly! Try monstersupplements.com they are amazing :) They do super fast delivery for free and they tell you when you parcel will be delivered to the hour! I get PhD Nutrition - Diet Whey. I've only tried the Vanilla and the Chocolate Orange, but like them both. I've also had the PhD Pharma Whey HT+…

I am very impressed by all these people who can read multiple books at the same time! I just get confused between story lines! I'm currently reading The Unheeded Christ, a book of sermons by David Cook. Only one sermon in, but its very challenging so far!

I loved 30DS when I did it the first time, liked it the second time, tolerated it the third time. The fourth time I quit just after I started. Doing the same thing every day is SO BORING. Now I'm doing TurboFire :) I love it! Never have to do the same thing more than once a week.
