First off, Congrats on losing the weight! That's awesome! I know it seems frustrating but remember...you don't have to keep banging your head against the wall...just take it one day at a time. How did you lose the first 59 lbs?

Thank you all for the great info. and advice....my goal is to lose 0.5 to 1 lb per week and I have started a workout routine to help me reach my goal of losing 15 lbs. and will keep my calories at 1200 and see where that gets me. Thanks again!!
