i am 5'3 my goal is 130 - in highschool i was 113 and yah when i see photos i just feel i that looked a lot better when i was 130. felt the most confident in my life at that weight misssss it hee hee.

i hate to tell you this but it's the gym - don't you go there to get a good enough work out to sweat a ton (which equals stench)? that's why i go *shrugs* i always find it funny when people in spin class complain about the smell the previous class left behind when guess what - as soon as our class is over it will smell…

sometimes legs are just always gonna be 'bulky' i was like 113 in highschool but my thighs were HUGE! (ran track for years) all the men i have known dig those 'thick' thighs - count your blessings!

i include all the fruit and veggies i eat - edamame is good from the research i have done those are 2 - 3 calories per pod. strawberries are good they range from 2 - 6. raspberries are also really low. i eat a lot of cuties - those are a bit more at 40 but worth it.

depends on the day - tues thursdays are night time spin classes - sunday is am spin class. the rest of the days it all depends on if my roommate and i want to go to the gym together or do our own thang.

sometimes i do sometimes i don't - don't see issues either way.

170 - multiple ages. first time was 24 or 25 - ballooned up from my normal weight of 130. lost it and have gained it back two or three times the past four years. i guess i should be thankful that i seem to max out at 170 even eating horribly and never working out.
