i wear make up to the gym all the time - if i am attending a 6:15p spin class why am i going to wash off my make up from the day before hand? especially since i will be showering right after - don't seem to have an issue with clogged pores/pimples *shrugs*

i am in the club! i have never been over 25 lbs ish of my ideal weight - just sucks bc sometimes it feels like with how much work is put in the weight should have fallen off already like it seems to for soooo many others. i know my goals say 30 but shoooot i would be really satisfied with just 15 atm - however months later…

i have a friend who tells me every time he comes over how thin we (my roommate and i) look & how much we have trimmed down however i refuse to get on the scale because i see or feel no change. it's a real let down and makes it hard to stay motivated. i started in feb (ish) also & feel i should have reached my goal already.…

i would say stay away from the message boards! there are some really rude people out there - i wasn't prepared for it. i figured every one would be positive and upbeat bc we all are on the same path - in one way or another - but sadly that's not the case.

just started day one today! my legs don't bother me like at all. but i take spin class 2 - 3 times a week so legs and cardio for me weren't a big problem. hopefully that changes in the next cycles. arms & upper body is a different story. i can't even do a real push up shhhhhhhame xD my form for crunches slooooooopy -…

i am 5'3 going for 130 or 135 ish - i used to be around 110 and i was told repeatedly by the loved ones in my life that it didn't look right. they called me 'usedtasexy' bc i used to be sexy at 130 xD it is different for every person though - i however have never been more confident and happy with myself than i was around…

i do it this way allllll the time hence the reason my ticker never moves. i am an official scale HATER but find great pleasure in seeing inches disappear & clothes fitting better. when i feel like there was a big enough loss to see the numbers drop 20+ lbs i'll get back on it.
