I haven't tried any of the workout dvd's yet. I was wondering if it would be too much. I'm training for a half marathon (it's April 3) and I've been running3-4 times a week with one rest day, one stretch and strength day, and one cross training day(which I usually spin or walk). There is no rule on how long you should wait before you defriend someone for thier lack of activity on MFP. It's your MFP account, so whatever you feel is appropriate to keep you going/motiviated and successful. I usually give them a few months. But that is just my own personal preference. :-)

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for your post. I am in TOTAL agreement with you....your run is your run, your time is your time, which is great by the way. Those who say you should be running faster, shame on them! Is there some definition in the dictionary somewhere that specifically says how fast you need to run? NO! :-)…
