Lots of good recipes on here. Here's one to try: 1 scoop of whey protein powder, i like chocolate 6 oz of light yogurt, strawberry banana 8 0z of almond milk Mix, drink, and enjoy!

I've been using MFP for about 5 months and it is helping me stay on track. I've lost about 40 pounds and working on losing another 40. I could sure use some more support and would welcome anyone to add me as a friend. :smile:

YES!! Zumba has helped me lose a lot of my weight so far. I really enjoy it! This is the website to help you calculate how many calories you burn during zumba. http://www.zumbacalories.com/ I've also added kickboxing classes to my exercise regimen. It's not as bad on your knees, if you have bad knees.

I've been on MFP since Sept and have lost 37 pounds. I could lose 50 pounds, however, I'm not sure I could do it, realistically. Maybe if I had my peeps on here to encourage me and push me along it just might be attainable. Count me in!! Anyone reading my post who has the same goal feel free to add me :drinker:

I have an almost 4yr old beagle, and an alomst 1yr old sheltie. You are doing everything we do with our dogs at home. However, my beagle(Sophie) is not crated during the day, only at night. We still crate our sheltie (Nestle) during the day when we are not home because she is till in that puppy phase, don't trust her yet…
