A lot of the fat I do get is from eggs and cheese. All the meat I eat is lean. Added - I also eat almonds every day - exactly 28 (1 oz) of them. Ha ha! And, don't I need the fat if I am eating low carb? My 63% of fat yesterday still only gave me 1,287 calories for the day.

I just completed week 1 of Atkins and am down 6 lbs. Getting through the first 3-4 days was the hardest. I have a friend who did Atkins and lost 58 lbs. in her first 3 months. She's down to goal weight now and is my motivator.
