omg, you could be me! I go to the gym 4 times a week, once time with a trainer. After 5 months I am the same weight. I know its due to my sweet eating. I need help too.

Pu in baking dish, pour a jar of salsa over it and bake! I serve it with brown rice.

I do lots with Flat Outs... Grilled chicken Romaine lettuce Tomato Ken's Light Ceasar dressing all put in a wrap. OR I make a pizza with it, sliced tomoatoe, Ragu pizza sauce, green peppers and WW cheese.

I agrre, it doesn't feel like a workout beacsue you start out so slow. But after 2 months of not doing it, I sure could "feel" it when I jumped back in to where I was. I was sore the next day!!!

I have been on this site for over a month and haven't lost anything. Last October I started WW and lost 22 pounds. I thought i knew enough to do it on my own, but I haven't had anymore success.

Pour a jar of salsa over boneless skinless chicken breast, cover and back. We had that for dinner tonight, yummy and easy! I serve over brown rice.

Congrats on the great work. As for me, not doing so well. I am just having difficulty finding time to get in all of the exercise. I do walk my dogs for about 2 hours a day (in 3 walks) but I need to find time to do some other exercises.

sigh, not having a good month, but at least i have maintained. i need to get back on track and stopping eating cookies and cakes. i work with all women who love to bring in "goodies" for lunch. i wish i had some will power to just say "NO".

i love chicken cacciaotre, its easy to make. boneless chickn breasts green pepper onion canned whole tomatoes red wine e optional lightly brown chicken in olive oil, add green pepper and oinion. cook a min or two. add broken up tomatoes and cook for about an hour. Add wine for the last 15 minutes. I serve with brown rice.

bad bad day; as i signed in at work, what was on the desk.... a huge box of soft pretzels. my willpower was gone and i took one. wow, i had no idea it was so many calories.

I was doing Wii Fit at the begining of the year, but elbow surgery laid me up for 6 weeks and i haven't gotten back into it. This has inspired me to get back to it. How can I find the biking game?

I feel the same way, although once I stopped I started gaining weight. So happy I found this group, I will start Wii-ing as soon as I get home.

super easy recipe: in a baking dish, cover chicken with salsa and bake. for the last 5 minutes, cover with lowfat cheese (i use WW Mexican cheeses) Serve with brown rice or wheat pasta.

I feel your pain. If someone had given me chocolate for Teacher Appreciation Week, it wouldn't be on my desk past lunch. I have gained 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Now I am just trying to refocus to lose those pounds.
