I'm on Level 2 Day 6. I do't necessarily see the difference(except for my triceps, they always tend to swell up somewhow) but I can definitely feel a little tighter. And I thought I was delusional too when I noticed that my thighs seem to touch a little less! Keep up the awesome work and I'm sure we'll get there!

I like both NO Explode and C4. The only difference I can tell is that for me, C4 seems to kick me in gear quicker. Never tried NO or Assault, but I have friends that swear by 1MR. Personally, I'll prob go back to C4 when my No Explode is out.
