  • Put your energy and money into what you consume for food and of course the exercise. You will notice your goals becoming a reality. Save your money on all gadgets. I did and I have done well losing and getting fit since Sept 20ll.
  • Try any style of shredded wheat-add boiling water or hot water to moisten-drain off water -add a fruit or SF maple syrup or sweetener or milk type product over it. Use Sugar Free or Low Cals Use your imagination and taste buds Good luck
