1200 is the very least you should be eating as it's sounds like you are exercising a fair bit, your body has most likely gone into starvation mode. eat at least 1200 a day and I think the weight will come off x

the onlt thing that works for me is dove original spray and mitchum spray

did you get them from an officially registered stockist? You can check this on the fivefinger site, as there are a lot of fakes in circulation, I think it even lists some of the 'official' looking sites that are selling rip offs.
