This has been extremely helpful. I ate at TDEE all last week (and loved every minute of it lol) and it just made sense to me. Why start at the bottom (1200 calories) instead of the top and tweak the number if needed. You can't really tweak 1200 calories (unless you change the macro nutrients %). Anyhoo, today I am eating…

Yes, I do think I'm attractive and I love the way I look even though I need to drop 10lbs lol. I can tell you this, I don't want to look like anyone else or have anything anyone else has. I love being me. :)

Thank you so much for posting this. You have inspired me to do 30DS. I tried last year but I gained muscle and stopped because I couldn't bare to look at the scale although my thighs looked 1000x better lol. I'm on day 4 level one thanks to you!! You look fabulous btw!!!!

Thanks MaryMary, How many carbs per day do you eat? I defintely do better without as many carbs but I don't want to get "obessive" about it because then I'll start craving them...

Muriah2, I'm not sure about the rationale behind this, but I've thought about doing this myself. I wonder if it's to help limit overall carb intake or to prevent carb cravings?
