I am in need of more suggestions for the next time I want to cry so BUMP!

Good job logging! As others have stated, it does look like you eat out a lot. I get that it's not feasible for every person to cook all their own meals from organic/unprocessed/trend-of-the-month food and I don't eat "clean" myself so I am not going to knock you for that. However, even if you eat out most of the time,…

When I was growing up in the 80's, Yoplait made this yogurt... I think it had some dried fruit or something, and wheat berries... It was chunky yogurt and I loved it!

Sounds like an awesome opportunity for a jar of peanut butter or a pint of ice cream...

I have been looking all over the place recently for chunky applesauce. Can't find it anywhere... Also, Cookies n' Cream Twix and Cool Ranch Fritos. Both super unhealthy but oh so delicious!

My arm is usually sore after shots, though I find tetanus shots to cause much more lingering pain than flu shots. I got my flu shot on Tuesday, then drove straight home and did some cardio boxing and L1 of 30 Day Shred and my arm hasn't been sore at all. I suppose it depends on you, but I think there is some validity to…

I think it's up to you whether or not you want to tell your guy your weight. Personally, I am at a point where I want to own my current weight and never go back to it, so for the first time I tell pretty much everyone what I weigh. If you are working on being healthy and fit, you certainly have nothing to be ashamed of, so…

I spent many years thinking that calorie count was paramount, but the nutritional quality of the food one eats is equally important. My recommendations to you would be: 1. Eat more. You are under 1200 calories quite often, which means you are not giving your body enough fuel, especially if you are exercising too. 2. Eat…

I've lost an average housecat already, and hope to lose the amount of cheese the average American eats in a year. It seems only right, seeing as I'm pretty sure I gained all this weight eating an above average amount of cheese...

Where is the photo of "healthy"? That's my goal.

I love gummi bears but only when they are super stale and chewy. I'll buy a bag, open it, and let it be for a couple weeks before eating any. The pro to this method is that they are so chewy, I can only eat 4 or 5 at a time without worrying about losing a filling, so I guess my quirk helps me save on calories! =)

Beans, nuts, seeds, and high-protein grains like quinoa are good protein sources. Pasta has more protein than one would think. Assuming you're not thinking vegan, milk, lower fat cheeses, and greek yogurt are all high in protein. Soy products are good too. If you like fish and are not morally opposed to eating it, you can…

I am so relieved that you're kidding.
