Lost 120 pounds 6 years ago and have not gained an ounce. I don't believe in set points. If you are responsible with your calories and maintain some sort of activity, you will keep the pounds off....PERIOD.

I have been able to maintain my same 122 pound weight loss for about 8 months now. The key for me is you can never go back to some foods. They are gone forever. You have to wrap you head around that from the beginning. No pizza, soda and fast food for me.

Ya....I mean done losing weight. I have moved to the maintaining part now. Have not gained an a pound in 4 months. It is a lifelong goal for sure.

I have never felt better. Thanks.

These are the one that I have. They work well and are comfortable. I give them high praise. http://www.amazon.com/Jabra-SPORT-Bluetooth-Stereo-Headset/dp/B005FVNHBI/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1336409485&sr=1-4

Several people have said that I look "younger." That was never something on my radar. I appreciate the comment.

10 months. Thanks.

The mud run sounds cool. Wife and I are doing our first "adventure race" in Sept. The Warrior Dash. Should be fun.

You get to a point where you finally realize that there are some things more important than food. It appears you are there too. Congrats.

Glad I could help. Keep it up.

You will do great. I ran my first 5k at 280 pounds. Finished in 38 minutes. The last one I ran I finished in 25:48. You will improve quickly.
