I'm at 191 lbs and am set to lose 1 lb. a week and my daily calorie goal is 1,490. But if I set it to lose 2 lbs a week, my calorie goal goes down to 1,200. Mmmmm, that's okay. I'll stick with my 1,490 cals a day. :)

I don't have a heart rate monitor, but do you know how I log it? I use Leslie Sansone DVD's and she tells you how many miles you walk. I smell a troll, unless this person is completely stupid. No one said grapefruit and oranges were fatty. They was talking about size and weights. Someone who weighs 140 lbs and has a lot of muscle is smaller than someone who weighs 140 lbs and has more fat.

Not counting pregnancy weight, my heaviest was about 225. This was when I was 22 and in college. I lost 65 lbs and got down to 160. That is the lowest I've been in my adult life. I agree that's too low. I don't know what it is, but people eat 1,200 to lose weight, and you're not trying to lose weight. Sure, you're not trying to gain a whole lot of weight either, but you don't have to be that low in order to maintain or slowly gain.

I want to do a Disney marathon! I really wish it were closer. Traveling to Disney is not so easy. I think we're going next November, but we're going with family and we have to all agree on dates. If I can't make it to the Wine and Dine in 2013, I'll shoot for "someday."

To the original poster, if you take a piece of muscle and a piece of fat that are exactly the same size, and then weigh them, the muscle would weigh more. If you take 1 pound of each, the fat would be bigger. That's why someone who's 200 lbs of mostly fat would be bigger than someone who is 200 lbs of mostly muscle. Stop…

I used to put skim milk in it, but I stopped buying cow's milk since we found out that my daughter has a dairy allergy. Now I use almond milk. You can get vanilla flavored and unsweetened. I sweeten mine with truvia.

I order without mayo, but ask for mustard packets. Or you can ask them to put mustard on it instead.
