I don't look forward to only having 1,200 calories. That seems like so little to me. My current goal is 1,530 and it can be pretty hard to stay withing my goal. I need to exercise just about everyday in order to stay under my goal. I don't know. Maybe when I get close enough to my goal that I only have 1,200, I might set…

Day 2 is done, dude! It hurts to walk now. I thought this would be a good strength builder to incorporate with other exercises, but obviously I underestimated this workout.

I just started it yesterday, so I can't really say whether I like it or not. It was difficult for me and I was sweating a lot and could barely talk, but we shall see if the proof is in the pudding. I personally don't think it's really much of a fad. It's not new. It was made 4 years ago. i bought my DVD 3 years ago b/c…

I am working out and trying to get healthier because I want to avoid the health problems. I'm 31 and 60 to 70 lbs overweight. Heart disease and diabetes run in my family and my mom died when at the age of 60. I was just 26 when she died, and it makes me sad that she never got to see my 2nd daughter and that my first…

Holy crap! Harder than yesterday? I haven't done today yet. Now I'm scared. I'd say that I'm not really feeling soreness in my arms or my back, but more in my thighs and stomach. I was having some serious trouble doing the push ups though. Even doing modified push ups are hard for me. They're decent the first 2 or 3 times,…

I can't wake up before my kids do. They seem to just know when I'm awake, and they wake up not long after I get up. So my me time is usually after they go to sleep. I do some Leslie Sansone walking DVD's, some Ellen Barrett pilates DVD's, and I have the 30 Day Shred. I also have done a little couch to 5K around my…

Thanks! So I logged 20 minutes of circuit training and it came up as 245 calories. That seems so high for 20 minutes, but it is a challenge.

I don't know how old you are, but you look so much younger now than you did. I think you looked more like you were in your mid 30's in your before pictures. You look more like your early 20's in your after pics. Way to go!

Okay. Day 1 is finished! That was harder than it looked, but it was still easier on the knees than that Biggest Loser video. I think I'm going to need to give that thing away!
-
I know. :( I noticed about a week ago. I wanted to watch some of the crunch videos, and they're gone from instant play.
-
Seriously? I had no idea. My butt is big enough, I don't need it to be bigger. I thought it slenderized?

What a coincidence! I've had the DVD for a few years now, but have been too scared to even try it. Why? Because I know how tough Jillian can be. And, I have some Biggest Loser exercise DVD's with Bob. By looking at reviews, it looks like the 30 Day Shred is harder than the Biggest Loser DVD's, but the one Biggest Loser DVD…

Just brush yourself off and start all over again tomorrow. It's a brand new day and consider it another clean start. :) We all make mistakes, and we can't dwell on it. At least it was a tasty mistake!

If you're afraid of what people will think, then you shouldn't date him. He deserves someone who can look past his disfigurement and who won't care what others think.

Ohhhhhhh, she's Paula Radcliffe. She's very pretty. She is skinny, but her build is just different from Ennis'. And the fact that she's an olympian at the age of 38 is amazing! Very inspirational for those of us who are in our 30's. :)

What is the name of the first athlete anyway?
-
Between the two of them? Probably Ennis. But to be fair, these pictures are not good for comparison purposes. The first is while the athlete is working super hard and her muscles are all in use. The second photo is a posed photo. Can we have a photo of the first athlete in a posed picture looking her best?

Agreed

Her comments didn't come across as "off handed" to me. She was speaking the truth. To be honest, real sugar is better for your body than artificial sweeteners. That being said, sugar is still not good for you, so your best bet is to eat sweet stuff in moderation. And she was trying to help you by suggesting stores. If…

I'm 5'3" and weigh 202 lbs. My starting weight this go round was 207. My long term goal is 135. I've gotten down to 160 before, 9 years ago I went from 225 to 160. It felt great, but I still had some weight to lose in order to be healthy. Although I'd be so happy to get back to 160. I gained most of it back after having…

Sniffle sniffle. I also noticed that they took them out of the streaming options. I really liked the Crunch exercise videos. Sure, I can get the dvd's mailed to me, but it was just so convenient that I could play whichever one I wanted to. But I found that I love the Ellen Barrett videos. I think I'm going to invest in…

I hope to lose 4 to 5 lbs by the end of August. That would bring under 200 lbs. It sounds easy, but weight loss has been really difficult for me this time around. I've only lost 1 lb. in the last month! I've been good by staying under my calorie goals most days, and when I go over, it's only by about 100 calories, and the…
