I quit smoking July 31st. I waited until I lost all my weight ++ before challenging the "quitting smoking" I did gain 10lbs back and now I am trying to re-focus on losing my last 10lbs. I find that when I crave I reach for an orange and it instantly supresses the craving for a butt..works for me ;-)

Welcome, I just joined myself two days ago and can relate to setting realistic goals for myself. I don't want to lose control I just lost all my weight that took me 1 year to do and thought I would check out this site for support and maintenance. I am a life time member with weight watchers, yoyo'd on and off Dr. Bernstein and struggle with keeping the weight off..over the past year I lost 45 lbs and July 31st.
