Not as bad anymore. I started drinking lots of water and this past TOM I didn't bloat like normal. The water helps but still hate to weigh at that time.

Fiber one bars are good. The chocolate bars and brownies are good and 90 calories.

Fiber one bars, nutrigran bars or protein bars are good on the move. I know how hard it is to find something good for you all the way around when you need it fast. They still may not be perfect but they are better then a pop-tart. Good Luck!

I hadn't thought to log it until I seen people logging in cleaning the house. LOL I don't just sit on my ball I constantly move, I can't help it. I know I burn calories but think I'll let them be extra and not count them. I wouldn't want to cheat myself and log them incorrectly anyway. Thanks!
