I eat steel cut oats and stir in a drizzle of agave nectar and then top with shredded unsweetened coconut and chopped mango (the little yellow ones. i don't like the reddish/green ones at much). DE-LISH!

Propylene Glycol is a sick chemical too and it's at the top of the ingredient list. Just drink water or add some fruit for flavor. http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/substances/toxsubstance.asp?toxid=240

I am always paranoid about this too! :) I leave the house when it's on and when returning home, I'm praying I don't see any fire trucks around!! It scares me just the same as leaving the iron or something plugged in.

Instead of water, I cook brown rice in chicken broth. It gives it a very nice flavor! Then I'll put a little Bragg's Amino Acids (like soy sauce, incase you haven't tried it) on it. Yummy!

I've never drank Moscato but I do like wine. Usually chardonnay or cabernets. :drinker:

Hey Jennifer! I am on week 4 of the LiveFit program. I'm loving it so far. I haven't lost any weight yet but I can definitely tell that I'm firming up and gaining muscle from lifting weights and increasing my protein intake. I'm excited for the ending results! What phase or week are you on?

I allow myself a cheat MEAL not DAY on the weekend. I don't get crazy but I'll have a meal of whatever I want and won't worry about how many calories or fat grams are in it. I just enjoy it. :)

I love them in my smoothies. I put protein powder, water, fruit, and maybe a quarter of an avocado. You can't taste it; just makes your smoothie thick and creamy and adds healthy fats to your drink. :)

I have done the "Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism" dvd and I love it. I didn't record my results with it but I think it's a great cardio video and it makes me sweat!!! I also love her Ripped in 30 video. :) I've not tried the 30 Day Shred. Jackie Warner's videos are also really good for sculpting.
