I started Monday morning and am really hoping it helps me lose these last 15 lbs! I was going to do the 16:8 but then I read that that is recommended for me but women should do 14:10. Has anyone else heard that or done it the 14:10 way? How did you like it and did you have good results? :) Thanks in advance!

I have 10 - 15 of fat to lose but trying to add lots of muscle, so not sure how much the numbers on the scale will change. But I know I'll be able to tell the difference! Good luck to you!!! :happy:

I use small amounts of it in my hair and also on my skin. As far as consuming, I add a small spoonful to my protein smoothies and also into my last drink of hot coffee. It melts quickly into my coffee; I barely taste it.

Steel cut oatmeal with fruit and/or scrambled eggs......yum yum! and a big mug of coffee, of course. :tongue:

I add a sprinkle of Hidden Valley Ranch's Fiesta Ranch powder. So good!

I like cottage cheese, a few crackers w/ cheese , or a spoonful of peanut butter - something with some protein.

I have a couple of the Jillian Michaels video - "blast fat, boost metabolism" and the "30 day shred". I also love her yoga video. I also do Jackie Warner's videos - the total body circuit training one for when I want to use weights and a great ab video.

I do a detox once a year from the book called "Seven Day Detox Miracle". One of the things you're supposed to do every day is the dry skin brushing. I love it! However, I usually forget about doing it except when I'm doing the detox. I need to start back up.
