Herbed Scrambled Eggs recipe
Herbed Scrambled Eggs
The delicate flavor of fresh herbs gives Scrambled eggs a new dimension. It's really the little extra effort.

Carbohydrates per serving: 2.5 grams
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
6 eggs
2 tablespoon cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of white and black pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon, parsley or chives, or a combination
..............................................................................................................................................................
Melt the butter in non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Pour in the eggs. Cook for 1 minute without stirring.
With a wooden spoon or heat-resistant rubber spatula, gently turn the eggs from bottom to top, scraping around all the edges of the pan. The eggs should not brown. When the eggs form soft, creamy small curds, add herbs, turn on to warm plates and serve them immediately.
