Good News! My arm seems to be pretty much normal. Bad news got laid up with a head cold BUT by afternoon the headache was gone so I went and did a Stronglifts workout anyway. Still not sure about form for Rows. However I'm feeling better about squats and bench press.

I start with full push-ups and go to my knees when I can do another one on my toes. I can probably do 30 push-ups now. Five months ago I could barely do 2 or three before dropping to my knees. As your core muscles gain strength so does the ease of doing push ups. I love the plank running and ski abs.

You can also use a high quality blender to blend your juice then squeeze the juice out with a nutbag. This method can also produce great juice.
