Try Oatmeal with fruit in it for a snack or for breakfast Are you into protein shakes. I normally have one in the am and after a workout. I find it helps.

I've tried a bunch and I would say Optimum Nutritions 100% Gold Standard Whey the double chocolate is the best. You can have a scoop after the gym in a shaker cup with water, or mix it up in a blender with ice cubes, banana, peanut butter etc.

Anytime =) I was so excited to find them. They are about 2.99 a bag (I think) and for the calorie count I believe it's per 19 or 20 chips... 120 calories, 20 carbs, 4 fat, 1 protein. They didn't have cheddar ones when I went in =( They did have salt and pepper, sea salt and vinegar, bbq, original.
