Just started day 2 of the 21 day fix with hybrid of a bunch of the programs.

Insanity Asylum (vol 1 & 2) or Insanity Max 30! Personally, I took a few weeks off or did T25. Great program.

Loved T25, You can always try out Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, but I feel T25 pushes you much more.

I used to love 30 day shred and no more trouble zones by Jillian Michaels, I love love love beach body products (I'm not a coach, if anyone was wondering)... For low impact I would suggest Piyo and T25

Is it sad that I actually like that someone has said they are sore. Insanity is a great workout, however the 60 minute workouts have been killing me this time around. So happy to hear you guys are loving it. Thinking about ordering it and would be great to have some extra support on here!

Please, Do yourself a favour and TAKE PROGRESS PHOTOS! When I was going Insanity last year, I thought meh the scale isn't moving... I then compared my shots side to side and was amazed. Don't forget to do your back progress pictures too.

I think it totally depends on your box and your coach. I loved the 'feel' of it, always encouraging others, and them doing the same for you. However, my coach was not for me. I felt that I couldn't work with long term without getting hurt.
