I'm a member and i love it, the staff and members are friendly and since it's a smaller gym you can get one on one advice anytime the trainer is there. I too usually go during staffed hours but the people seem to be respectful.

thats awesome! I wish I was losing weight that fast! I feel like only 17 lbs since january is kinda sad, do you eat back your exercise calories or no?

I actually started yesterday, and will be doing the P90X Lean workouts and sticking to my 1300 calorie goal, hopefully it will still have the same results. :) I can't wait to find out, I took pictures and measurements :) BRING IT

recently I've been losing more and more objects.... I wonder if they took them... but they're suppose to take things that people wont miss... so far I've lost my nice watch, my sports bra, and now a media disk for my digital camera... ugh :/
