My declaration- I'm starting over- today! after seeing pictures and videos of myself, after feeling my sciatica back pain start again, after realizing I need to give more to my kids. Healthier choices, pre planning, and exercise, starts today.

keep it below 1500 and lots of water!! the less sodium the better, another hint my PT gave me was to make sure you get more potassium in your body than sodium! And Lots of water-- lol!! :)

Today I'm using a bobble but I do not like it, it doesn't filter out the taste of our nasty town water where i work--- so i fill it up at home with Brita Filtered water. :) Time to invest in something new-- I just hate that i wasted money on it... :/

I've only lost 20 pounds but my fingers to have gotten smaller, my dad made me a silver ring for my birthday last year while I was losing weight and it fell off somewhere and I have no idea... Well I have a slight idea--- in which case its gone :(

I have big problems on the weekends. And of course I have so many excuses, 1. I dont exercise so I have limited calories. 2. Based on everyones response I know that you get the point you are probably not eating enough or balanced. Carbs would be the bread and pasta you're eating... it's in other things as well... I've found eating healthy and balanced is the best way to go, dont be afriad of food, and dont be too embarrassed to look at nutrition…

BWW with a friend, then gym (cardio and Legs) and then home to do laundry and cleaning- tonight! woop woop Tomorrow I'm taking my one dog to the groomers and my other puppy dog to a softball game/ Park to walk around and play! :) Sunday- rest day :)

That's so cool! I use that already ironically! My mom makes the comment that I can't eat things or will ask what I can eat, and I respond with I Can Eat anything I want I just dont. :)

Heart Rate Monitors are great for knowing this. Every body is different and will burn a different amount of calories that's why it would be hard to make a generalization. Plus it's about effort/ weights/ breaks, etc , so many factors go in!! HRM are a great investment!

I think my argument would be that the men in the movie aren't attainable, where as at a local gentleman's club those women are, and are in your immediate area, to me there is a difference.

I can see where he gets that from, some women at first may join a gym and get a personal trainer to do out landish things and then go against his advice because they think they know better... That would be so frustrating to be in his shoes, and on top of that then they dont see what they want in the time frame they have…
