During a session with my trainer a few weeks ago, he made a comment that he typically despises dealing with female clients because their goals are often unrealistic, they set unreasonable timeframes to achieve them, and they are often willing to resort to self destructive means to get there.

I don't think it's 100% accurate, but he's got a point.0

I can see where he gets that from, some women at first may join a gym and get a personal trainer to do out landish things and then go against his advice because they think they know better... That would be so frustrating to be in his shoes, and on top of that then they dont see what they want in the time frame they have and probably blame him and will drop... Why would you want to work with people like that?
he may think there are few women that go to a personal trainer for health.0
