I have it & love t!! Fairly basic but does what I need which is heart rate & cals burnt!!! My husband has a better model which can upload to his computer & graph workouts etc so depends on what you need!!!

Go see a Physio. I have a patella tracking problem. Solution for me was stretches, strapping & strengthening it thru lots of leg work with a trainer!! I now run comfortably with no (or very rare knee pain!). Once it's strong, I have found I only et pain if a take a few weeks off!!

I put in the wrong weight to start & now my 4.1 kg loss is only recorded as 2! I tried to do what you said but it only offered to change the current weight! Is there another way?

I have the same problem with new joggers- every time & I go to a running specialist store!!! It's a strange feeling but in my case it does go away!!
