L-Glutamine is an amino acid that works well to stop cravings -ESP sugar cravings. Half hour before meals take about a teaspoon or two & at any time you crave it!!! Cured me of my sugar addiction!!!

Every minute spent moving is a step in the right direction!! My friends & I all burn vastly different numbers for same activities. A heart rate monitor gives me a more accurate reading than the treadmill by over 100 cals!

Get medical advice, in my experience pushing thru pain has only meant longer periods of time without exercise!! My trainer has really helped me come back also!!

My street is a slight incline about 600m- I burn (using a hrm) about 10 cals more when pushing my single pram with m 31/2 yr old!

I burn much higher with my heart rate monitor than the gym machines- sometimes nearly 200 cals more after an hours run!! The only time I haven't got a decent burn/number was when the battery was dying?! Unlikely when it's new although my original battery lasted considerably less time than my current battery!! 500 is not…

I used to manage a treadmill session at home whilst one slept & the other did craft or drawing or something in the room with me!! A little bit of mess to sort out after was so worth it!! Today I did my walk with my youngest in the pram. Good luck finding something that works fr you!!

Mon- run at gym Tues- trainer (plus sometimes some cardio) Wed- run @ gym Thurs- home DVD, driveway running Fri- long walk Sat - outdoor run Sun- day off but usually some wii just dance with kids or swimming

Love my trainer. He inspires me to work harder & have improved each week! Never want to go into the gym & tell him ihad a lazy week!! Over the Christmas break I was still working hard burning over 5000 cals pw. First session back with him & I hurt I places I didn't know I had!!

Love mine!! Love the incentive it gives to walk another block, run another 10 minutes, do another set of weights, get out of bed early to push the total for the week over my 4500 goal! The numbers are very different to the gym machines- as it has more info it has to be more accurate than the treadmill!

Hope someone has the answers!! I agree!! I reckon most small lattes could only be 150! & I don't get when a sushi comes back as 6 pieces?! I would love a calorie count on a standard sushi roll!!! Is a roll the same as three pieces??

Swimming!! Gradually build up to squatting etc under trainer guidance if you can!!!

A heart monitor is more accurate for me- I burn between 650 & 850 in one hour of cardio depending on what I do!! As a heavier person I find I burn lots more per hour than my 55kg friends!!

Do the DVDs, burn enough cals each morning & then enjoy the food "in moderation"! Or just enjoy & worry about it n three weeks!!!
