Hi! I don't jog, so I can't give you the most helpful advice, but this group seems dead and I don't want you to go without any answers. I'm only about a month in to strong lifts, and I've lost 1 inch on my chest, 3 inches from my waist, and 2 inches from my hips. I'm not sure about my weight. I just started tracking my food intake this week and I have just started slowly incorporating cardio into my workouts.
