  • I get the Hershey's Sugar Free Mini Chocolate Bars....I keep them in the fridge, and whenever I feel the urge, I grab one or two, and I make two bites from each and just let them melt in my mouth. Only 32 calories each, and they really are satifying!!
  • Tilapia fillets or grilled shrimp are wonderful alternatives. I broil them in the oven if a grill is not available. Make shish-ka-bobs with the shrimp and chunks of fresh veggies, brush lightly with olive oil and herbs. Very good and good for you!
