  • I am not sure about how much oil will be absorbed but I was going to suggest what you said and use KFC nutritional info. Just seems much easier to use that to estimate. Other thing you might want to do is search the MFP food database for fried chicken and get a round about guesstimate.

  • i wanted to wish everyone a good week. i really hate Mondays. I still feel like I am half asleep. I am 3 oz away from a huge major goal and i am so excited.   • yes it is healthier to eat the 1200. if you eat 800 cals your body is likely to think it is in starvation mode and you probably won't lose weight. If you are not hungry what about having some low fat milk, or a protein shake? drink the calories insted of eating them.
