Okay, my exercise tracker says 2111 calories burned for the week so far. So I DID IT!! I don't know what the week runs here on this site, but I didn't do any exercise on Sunday, so it's my total since Monday.

I've started to practice my walking this week! I can do 3 miles on my lunches if I take all my breaks together for a total of an hour. @ fruitsndveggies - me too. My goal is 29 pounds more so it may be tough to get there, but I figure every little thing that helps to move me and motivate me will be a positive!! :) I'm excited about this!

Good morning! Well yesterday I did okay on some points and not so well on others.... I drank about 100 oz of water...I lost track once I left work but I'd had 3/4 of a gallon at that point, then went to Jazzercise class and had more....
