We have a Jayc which carries some Kroger brands and you can use your Kroger card there, I've only been there once so I never thought to look there. I'm going there next Friday to pick up my son's birthday cake so I'll check. Thank you!

I've been eating 150-200 carbs on a regular basis, Hasn't hindered me a bit. You can't live on minimal carbs the rest of your life, moderation is they key. Cut it out completely and eventually you're gonna binge.

I'm 5'3 122 lbs and eat anywhere between 1700 and 2400 in a day with my insanity and about 300-500 deficit and haven't lost a lb but inches are still shrinking! I think 2000 would be just fine for you.

only if you plan on never drinking water again...Once you do it's going right back where it was. All it does is reduce water weight, nothing to do with fat or calories is changed.

If you're logging accurately it looks like you exercise to little and eat too little. Up your calories maybe by 150-200, and do something a bit more strenuous than walking. Do you lift weights at all? Or if you only want to start with cardio maybe try jogging/walking in intervals to keep your heart rate up until you can…
