If you still have room, I'd love to be a part of it! I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Both being treated, but it is a constant struggle to just lose a pound. It might be good to network and diary stalk for food ideas!

Broil the chicken breast with some fajita seasoning sprinkled on. When cooked through, add taco cheese or pepper jack cheese on top of the breast meat. Return to oven until the cheese melts. Crumble up some tortilla chips and top with Salsa. My boys LOVE this!

Your macros seem out of whack. Too many carbs and no where near enough protein. Try a 40/30/30 ratio. 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat. I do this and then every once in a while (1 week out of 6) drop the carbs to 25% and up the fat to 35%. Worth a shot.

^^This^^ I've tried several, and I've tried changing to save some money. ON Gold Standard is worth the few extra bucks. The vanilla ice cream flavor is awesome and very versatile. My favorite blend is with an egg white, tbsp of cocoa and a 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter. Tastes like a peanut butter cup!

Look at your diary....the days you eat chicken or steak out (Applebees, etc)....LOOK at that Protein number. I have to agree. My personal trainer turned me on to Pure Protein. They taste way better than a quest bar and not nearly as many carbs. I usually keep them in my desk drawer. I'm out of Pure Protein today, so HALF a quest bar will have to do today, but I'm not at all happy about it!
