Start by adding fruit and vegetables. This is a great way to add good carbs and not gain back the weight you have lost. I also always eat my carbs before 3 and then restrict after.

Make sure your drinking enough water. This was my biggest issue. I have been told that your body will retain more water as you start to work out more to avoid becoming dehydrated. Adding more water to your diet may help your body adjust to the extra workouts and avoid dehydration.

Kettle bell workouts are awesome. I brother-in-law is a corporate wellness coordinator and he suggests doing the kettlebell workout and then adding cardio. I choose to do a 20 minute kettlebell workout and then 10-20 minutes on the elliptical.

This is a fantastic challenge and am excited to join. I believe it is the motivation I need to get to a decent weight by Christmas. I will accept options 3 (losing 1.6 pounds per week).
