Trying not to underestimate but at least 4500. Homemade full cream trifle and Lindt chocolate made a major contribution! Back to watching and counting what I eat today and getting out for a run now. Nice lean turkey leftovers ready for later. Had more chocolate yesterday than in the last three months!

im no nutrionist but could be a lack of iron. i would try making sure that i up iron rich foods such as brocolli, liver etc. but your Doctor could advise and possibly prescribe supplements.

i always log because its too easy to underestimate how many calories are in foods. today for example we had gnochi with a small amount of cheese some lardons and stir fried veg with a pesto sauce. per portion i worked it out at 900 calories! for tea we had vegetable soup! i find logging as i go essential as i can…
