I totally agree, I log my food in ahead of time so I can play with it before I eat it and see what I can add or what I need to take out. I like to make sure I have enough calories and enough food to last me through my shift. I work 7pm-7am (I'm actually working right now)

Wow congrats on your weight loss first off!! Take a look at your fiber intake. I have issues in that department so I take fiber daily. I prefer the one you have to drink over the pills, I drink one cup in the morning and 1 in the evening and it works really well for me.

I work night shift. 7pm-7am. I usually wake up around 3pm. I'm there!! Last year I went from 195lbs to 159.. I stopped working out around September because I went back to work, today I stepped on the scale and weighed 170lbs and thought oh crap! That's not the direction I need to be heading.. So here I go again! Best of luck to y'all
