I really try to keep my food journal within the allowed calories, protein etc. I try to stay reasonably active, not always easy with a crazy busy life style. A little yoga in the morning before everyone else gets out of bed and I run 5 km 3 nights a week after the kids are in bed seems to work. I think the whole trick is…
