I am on day 6 and have lost 6 lbs. However, I am following the diet very closely and am exercising each day. I agree, if you are motivated to start it again I think it would be worth it! I think that it is acceptable to stay on the diet and modify it to your needs. That is where I struggled last time. Day one complete! I know that you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday but it is hard not to at the beginning when you lose the most. It appears that I already lost 2 lbs! I am also starting the 17 Day diet for the second time today. I did the first 2 cycles back in March and lost about 12 lbs. I am looking forward to working with people who are at the same stage. Current Wight - 155 Goal after Cycle 1 - 148 Total Goal - 125 Excercise 45 minutes 5 x week
