Let's wait and see how I feel tomorrow, and if I am up to do any kind of exercises.

I am in!!! SW: 185lbs CW: 178lbs UGW: 135-140lbs Goal Weight by January 1s: 150lbs Calorie intake might change as of next week, right now I am in 1200-1380 calories per day. Starting next week I'll be doing 4 days of strength training + 30/40 minutes of cardio, 2 days of pure cardio and then a day off.

I would say that sometimes a month is not enough. I started to take before and after pictures like every month or every two months, and it was even more noticeable when you would put old clothes back on or even the ones you wear now and it looks loose on you.
