I definately agree that you should be eating at maintenace or slightly more, and most importantly, really good, nutrient packed foods. I do also agree, that with your condition you should speak to your Doctor, as he/she will have an accurate medical history and be able to advise the best. Best of luck, and congrats on your…

You can also use your body weight for many exercises. Push ups Squats Sit ups Crunches Reverse Cruches etc If you like to move... turn up the music and dance!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. All my workout gear is lulu... thats 3 capris, 1 long pant, 3 tanks and a sports bra. It has cost be quite a bit... BUT.... I have had some items as long as 10 years, and I can see another 5-10 in the future. The quality is amazing. I would rather invest in quality product then continue to replace…

I just got back from a cruise. Before hand I was feeling like a million bucks. After 1 week of eating at the buffet (which was delish) I came home to a soft and bloated belly, +4lbs . On day 2 of 'detox' and 2lbs down. Sodium in excess is not a good thing!

You've got this!! I am in the same boat as I just had a week of vacation, only went to the gym 2x and ate dessert everyday... now I just feel gross. I am going to use the gross feeling as motivation NOT to do it again over the holidays... it's not really worth over indulging for me. Best of luck & add me if you want =)

I cant speak for myself, but my mother has fibromyalgia. She found the best treatment was NO MEDS, because they all had worse side effects. She takes a nap every day for 1 hr (and if she doesnt, she cant function) and, she just started swimming daily at the local pool. She has lost probably 25-35lbs and looks great. I know…

Great job on the loss and overcoming your depression. I found being active, as hard as it is when your in a real low, really helps! Keep it up!

Atta girl!! I don't know the 'right' answer and wonder the same thing, but, yes, do LOG your exercise!! My TDEE should be at moderate too, but I put it as sedentary, then I eat back my exercise cals. I have lost 0.5lb a week for the last month, which was my goal.

Mama Papa Grandma Grandpa and from the inlaws side they are called Grandma Grandpie (although, our baby says Cockie)

You looks pretty slim already. I agree 100% with the above link... and would also suggest you incorporate some lifting to see some toning effects. Works wonders for us girls who are so close to our goal!

Fruit, greek yougurt, smoothie/shake, egg sandwich, raw veges etc

ohh.. good thread. I am going on Valentines day, back to the guy who's done all my work. This time though, he has his own shop. It's going to a pricey peice & he's the owner... Now I am confused lol

Nuts. For something different try crushing up some nuts, rollings peeled banana in them then sticking it in the freezer for a bit. Would make a nice desert =)

WOW!! You look phenomenal! Keep it up. As you get closer to your goal weight, it comes off slower...be patient!!

Just wash your body in the mornings and wash your hair after a work out. Use a gentle 'everyday' shampoo and rich conditioner to maintain hair health. I highly recommend washing hair/body after workout to avoid the 'smell' and also for your skinhealth (clogged pores etc)

I am definately not a professional, but something that really 'clicked' for me was learning about BMR & TDEE. I didn't know before my research that eating below your BMR is really unhealthy as your body requires that energy to function normally. If you ARE eating below your BMR, it can do some serious damage with your…

Ahh yes! Love it. I have one of those SMART TV's tho.. and it freezes part way through lol. I suppose i could google the moves/times and just continue =)

Good job, you look great!

This may be an invitation to BASH... however my intent is not to 'promote' pills. I did take Green Tea pills (natural) and found it really kickstarted my weight loss a couple years ago. It also made my mind alot more clear. After the initial loss, I began drinking green tea daily and found it to be effective. I am NOT…

I'm in. 22 from CANADA... eh?

Great job on getting started! I don't know your level of fitness, but I would definately recommend strength training. Even if you have to start small, say 5lbs, it will be worth it. You will lose inches as a pound of fat and a pound of muscle (both a POUND) are different in density... think a pound of muscle is 1/3 the…

I would have an open faced steak or chicken sandwich, with steamed veges on the side

If you unlock your diary and provide your stats I am sure lots of people will be able to make suggestions which will help you move forward. Good luck!

AWESOME!!! I was a heavy drinker until MFP friends did SOBER OCTOBER I lost inches immediately, and feel way better. THEN One night I got totally wasted, didnt remember a thing and was very ill the next day... and that was motivation enough to not drink like that again. Moderation is key (and for me, thats enjoying 1 glass…

I am lucky if I can get 250!! I rely on the equipment at the gym to tell me what I've burnt... which is like 100cal for 20 min on the eliptical. I like to spend time with weights and other activities to though, so not sure what they burn. Note to self- invest in HRM

Wow!! Excellent job and very inspirational. It's awesome that you looked good before, but a few small changes really made you look leaner!
